At Token & Treasure, every item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of this, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our custom products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email support@tokenandtreasure.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or another suitable solution at no additional cost.
Returns & Exchanges
As all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or preference
- Personalized or custom items
We encourage customers to review all product details carefully before placing an order.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:
- The item is defective or damaged and cannot be replaced
- An incorrect item was received and cannot be corrected
- An issue cannot be resolved after reasonable attempts
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Because everything on our store goes straight into processing, most cancellations are generally not possible.
If you do need to cancel, please email us immediately. We will do everything we can to correct a misplaced order.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items that have been used or worn
- Orders where incorrect information was provided by the customer
- Change of mind
